In Colorado and Maryland, Plan members are required to pay $1.00 for each oral exam and bitewing x-ray. In Washington members are required to pay a $10 fee for oral exams and bitewing x-rays.

You are entitled to choose any participating dental plan providers. Participating providers’ offices are located throughout the United States. The dental provider listings on DentalPlans.com are provided directly from each dental network or dental plan, who are responsible for its accuracy and completeness. These listings are updated on a monthly basis, and every effort has been made to ensure that only participating active providers are listed.
