1. Baking Soda

You must be careful with this method though, because baking soda is a strong substance to be put on your teeth and definitely proceed with caution, since you are able to scrape the enamel off of your teeth if you are not careful. Only use baking soda on your teeth a few times a week and you will notice shinier, naturally whiter teeth.

2. Fruits & Vegetables
Eating certain types of fruits and vegetables will naturally whiten your teeth. The trick is to consume “crunchy” fruits and vegetables that naturally clean your teeth. Foods like apples, celery and carrots are all great natural tooth whiteners and natural tooth cleaners.

3. Water
Swishing water in your mouth after every meal can greatly influence how white your teeth appear. Many surface stains on teeth appear after eating dark colored foods and if you swish a good amount of water in your mouth after eating these particular foods, it greatly will cut down on your teeth staining. Just use a few drops of olive oil when brushing your teeth or put some olive oil on a washcloth and gently rub your teeth. You will notice a positive difference after using the olive oil on your teeth.

5. Flossing
One of the most important parts of cleaning your teeth aside from brushing them is to floss! Floss at least once a day and you will notice your teeth getting much whiter. Many of us don’t realize all the leftover food that is in-between our teeth contributing to the darker overall color. Flossing teeth gets rid of the food in between our teeth that can even be leftover after brushing thoroughly.
